Changelog #5 | Launching HostJupyter

I soft-launched HostJupyter in the Lambda School data science community earlier today! It's also available publicly, but I'll share it with small data science communities first.

There's still quite a bit missing, so initial focus will be on aspiring data scientists (like myself) who are trying to build a portfolio. Setting myself a loose goal of launching in Product Hunt a month from now. Stay tuned!
